Yay, Friday and I'm posting again. Hubby's on holiday and I got no chance to blog. I wanted to do a review of our Easter Holidays and the issues with my "Monster" in-law. And about D's inoculation. But well, that's past now and I hope I'll be back blogging within the next week.

Hubby's grocery shopping now and so I have a bit of time to join in Mama M.'s Five Question Friday! :-)

1. Who would you want to play you in a movie of your life?
> Haha, great question. Really, I love this question. I think Renée Zellweger would be great. I'd love her to be me, not in real life but in my life's movie. :-)

2. Did you ever go to summer camp?
> Yes. Not as a kid. But as a custodian. I always liked that job.

3. What sends you running and screaming in the other direction?
> Spiders. And my MIL.

4. What is something you do that drives your spouse nuts?
> Blogging. I really mean it. If he could he would destroy all computers around me. He goes crazy even if I just start my computer.

5. What is currently your favorite song?
> "Satellite" by Lena Meyer-Landrut. She won a contest for being send to the Eurovision Song Contest. I hope she's able to represent Germany there coz then we have a little chance of winning the whole stuff :-)

As I do have a sensitive day today - typical female stuff, you know - I would like to share my today's fav song: Peter Gabriel's "Don't give up"



Later, I'll have an appointment at a nail studio for a manicure and tomorrow we're going to attend a wedding-beach-party. Unfortunately, it's no real wedding and no reception. It's just a beach party for celebrating that they're wedded now. They got married on an island of Thailand some months ago and now, they want to celebrate it with us.
To me, this is a bit weird as we have snow outside and it's f*cking cold. And then I'll attend an indoor beach party with a summer dress and flip-flops. But I'm excited, too and curious about it.

On Friday, there's a show on German TV where some German celebrities talk about how they got 18 and what was up in the years they got 18. At 18, you're grown up in Germany and allowed to do anything: drink every kind of alcohol, smoke, vote, etc.

And one song was "Do the Limbo Dance" by David Hasselhoff - do you remember? hihi That was fun! (Unfortunately, I cannot find the video anywhere *sniff*)


So now instead I will post the "Lambada" by Kaoma - I really love this song :-)

I love it. It's fun and well, you just wanna dance with them. Their voices are pure harmony and mix of English and Italian is fabulous :-)

Today, I'm going to post a love song. This is a German band and a German song - one of my favorite songs. It's about a compliment and the singer tells his girlfriend what she means to him.

Yes it's Friday again. I cannot believe that this week flew by so fast. But it's great like that.
My hubby is on holidays now and I'm glad that he stays home at night and doesn't work anymore. So now I can try to relax a bit and get the Christmas cheer - which I still miss...

Oh and sorry for not posting a TTMMD yesterday. Well, I forgot it, honestly. My hubby was awake quite early and as he hates my blogging I don't do it when he's around.

As Christmas is near I will post one of the most wonderful Christmas songs today.

I love this song for many reasons but the most important reason is: it calms me down. On a bad mood day and when I'm so done with everything it makes me feel better and not furious anymore.
