This and That and Everything

Good Morning Ladies - and Gens!
Hope you had a nice weekend and enjoyed the snow - snow is nearly everywhere around the world now, isn't it?
My weekend was very lame. As I'm ill I was in bed most of the time or sitting on the couch watching TV. So nothing happened...

Yes, normally it's time for my TTMMD on Monday. I won't do this anymore. Remember, Monday I featured a great post from other bloggers but as I'm a small blogger this wasn't successful. And so Mama Kat and Tamara are doing this thing for me now ;-)
But of course I will read your posts and then leave you a comment when I really liked it!

Let's talk about my resolutions for 2010:

• I want to win more readers and wish to have about 100 readers by the end of the year. I really try to post regularly and interesting stuff.
• Getting pregnant somewhen within the year - we haven't started yet.
• Making up a new carnival on Tuesday or Monday. Hope that it will be successful!

That's it. Short but doable :-)

And I'm really glad that our everyday life started. As much as I love my husband and enjoy when he's on holiday and staying with us every das as much I'm glad that he's working again and that I'm able to blog and have some time for myself. I need this and enjoy it quite much!
Don't you enjoy some hours you have on your own? It's like holiday for me ;-) Just hanging around, not to look after D or doing any household stuff - just watching TV, chatting or reading a good book. Damn, those moments are so precious!

So this is what I'm doing now. Hubby is still at work and D is doing his nap - so it's Mommy Time! I will have myself something to eat and watch TV :-)

TTMMD: Monday

Today, my Monday post of Things That Make Me Happy will be dropped out. My husband's already on holiday and he hates blogging and posting and all the internet stuff you turn your inside out. So I always post "secretly" means posting when he's not around...
When he's at work there's no prob though. But now I need wait for some right moments. Maybe I won't be here daily and there will be lack of posting. Hope you'll understand. I don't wanna annoy him. Not at Christmas.

As he's visiting his parents with D and I'm already home from shopping - which was horrible this afternoon - I take my time for doing this post.
My best friend and D's godmother is pregnant and will be second time mommy in May. And well, we decided to have a second kid as well and will try to get pregnant within the next year :-))

I try to write some posts and upload them in one of those right moments...

Things That Make My Day on Monday are wonderful posts which someone did throughout the last week.

This time I chose Mama M.'s "An Apology"!

Because I really needed to laugh and it gave me a good time reading it. And everyone of us knows this feeling!

This week I want to present you the "Dear Baby" blog. A mom2be is blogging about her pregnancy and experiences she makes while being pregnant.
She did two post which make me laugh and I love how cool her blogging style is.

The first one was "How to travel with a pregnant woman" which totally speaks for itself.
The second was about encouraging her during labor.

TTMMD: Monday

Yes it's another Monday and it's time for a nice blog post.
For today I chose Liz's post "Partyyyyyy!".

Her blog ...but then I had kids is very humorous and honest.
So why do I chose her post? Because I can understand it soooo much. It's about getting ready for a party night or better stay at home b/c of being too tired to go out.

So when I go out I need to nap during the day and also have much coffein in my veins...
And I think we all understand this issue ;-)

TTMMD: Monday

Things that make my day on monday are very good posts of other moms.

It wasn't an easy decision but I chose the open letter "Dear Crazy Wal-Mart Lady" by Josiah's Mom.
Why? Because she's just talking right from my mind. This letter seems funny but the situation it describes isn't funny at all.

Josiah's Mom, thank you for the open letter as I'm totally with you!
And I really love your blog itself. Your posts are always a good read and speak out of my mind...
